Watercress & potato soup with caviar and truffle oil
Seared scallops with minted pea purée, langoustine butter and chicken crisps
Rabbit and broad brean fricaseé with grain mustard cream and pancetta
Baked taleggio cheese in filo pastry with red currant gastrique

Mains

Roast monkfish glazed with thyme reduction, Mussel & Leek rissoto
Parmigiana, baked peppers, aubergines and courgettes with mozzarella
Roast breast of Goosnargh chicken with confit leg & petit pois á la francaise
Orkney beef 3 ways, cottage pie, sticky oxtail with carrot puree and steak and chips

Desserts

Whole roasted caramel apple with vanilla crème fraiche
Chocolate soup with chocolate brownies & raspberry coulis
Sticky toffee pudding with vanilla ice cream
Selection of cheeses with home made chutney and biscuits
