Additional booking information for at Longlands at Cartmel.

All tariffs stated are valid until January 1st, 2012

Please Note:

We now let the cottages from either a Monday or a Friday for either a short break or a week or more. Prices are on the bookings / prices page and change frequently depending on occupancy levels.

There is free wireless internet access in all cottages. Mobile phones work well.

We accept reservations by telephone, fax or e-mail.


Terms and conditions :

1. Cottages are available from 2. Cottages must be vacated by 10am at the end of your stay. Final accounts are payable by cash or cheque.

2. Bath, hand and tea towels and linen for beds and cots are provided. Cots, high chairs and safety gates are available without charge.

3. VAT is included at the current rate of 20%. Any change in rate would be reflected in the cost of holidays affected by the change.

4. Each cottage is individually metered for electricity and gas. A reading is taken at the beginning and end of your stay and supplies are charged accordingly.

5. Each cottage is cared for meticulously and it should be left clean and immaculate on departure. If, however, you wish us to arrange final cleaning on your behalf, we offer a 'Housekeeping Service'. The charge per week, or part week, is £15 for up to two occupants and an additional £5 for each additional adult or child. Daily cleaning is available on request at a separate charge.

6. The accommodation in each cottage is only for the persons whose names appear on the booking form.

7. If you wish to bring a pet, please discuss this with us before booking.

8. The owners can accept no responsibility for injury sustained by any visitor, nor for loss of, or damage to, vehicles or effects brought on to the property by visitors.

9. All reservations will be acknowledged in writing.

10. We strongly advise all our guests to take out cancellation insurance.

11. A non-refundable deposit of £100 per cottage per week or part week is payable by cheque to confirm the booking.
